The Mayor of the Bahamas, Don Cornish, said that the Bahamas will introduce a new policy this summer. The Bahamas's token exchange, trading and sales frameworks are very attractive. The Bahamas is a 100-year offshore financial centre with 300 banks in the Bahamas. Don also mentioned that any new thing will face challenges.

Xiaoming Cheng said that the problem of digital currency collection is the difficulty to measure the value of the project. The valuation is too difficult, which makes the transaction a bit like gambling. He also said that the currency is the state issuing stocks, while the stock is the company issuing currency, and the industry should issue coins. In the future, the country will issue currency, the company will issue shares, and the industry will issue tokens.

Kaine Kim mentioned that blockchain finance has huge opportunities. STO is only a means of financing, and compliance financing is very important for the project.

Chaoran Zhang talked about the regulation of Southeast Asia. Vietnam has not yet defined it, and Thailand and Indonesia have issued digital trading licenses. The Southeast Asian market is loosely regulated and the market is in a dividend period. In addition, in May, a thousand people summit will be held in Vietnam, and guests are welcome to participate.

Alice mentioned that STO is an innovative fundraising method in the future, and relatively new and the higher threshold for qualified investors have led to liquidity problems. Liquidity requires large companies to enter the market to bring new growth to the industry, and the first year of STO is 2020. Asia's largest rating agency Standard consensus has signed a strategic agreement with Bitmumb to provide a one-stop STO service.

Max Shin pointed out that it is impossible to carry out STO in Korea, so it is carried out through establishing exchange with the America Series one company. Although the company has not changed, things that could not be traded before have realized the transaction and the value will increase. From the perspective of the exchange, customers are disappointed with the market and are currently on the sidelines, but if they can ensure confidence, they can resume liquidity. In addition, institutional investors are expected to enter the market.

Cholyi Lee believed that rapid process, reliability and low cost are the value of STO. Instead of rushing for success, it would be better to look at STO from a development perspective. The importance of the rules is to protect investors and maintain a healthy ecological environment.
