Wei Zhou talked about the current response and future development thinking of Binance under the depressed digital market. Wei Zhou said that in addition to the core business of the exchange, it is committed to creating a larger ecological environment, bringing in more money in terms of setting up a legal exchange and buying or investing in good projects. He believes that despite the current market downturn, there is still a considerable number of outstanding projects that are ready for ICO, and Binance is confident that it will attract more investors.

Currently, Binance has opend one exchange in Uganda, Africa. Coins like BTC, ETH, BNB and PAX can be traded through the base currency Ugandan Shilling in The exchange. Meanwhile, the fiat-to-cryptocurrency exchanges currently being tested in Singapore and Europe will go online in the coming months.

In the face of the STO, Wei Zhou said that different regions and countries have different securities regulatory schemes. Securities investors and issuers are required to comply with regional financial regulations, so the growth of STO will be a long process. Currently, Binance is establishing a joint venture with the Maltese stock exchange for tradeable security token and provide partners with more secure and convenient services to help them get support from regional regulations.
